Please ensure that you arrive on our campus before 3 pm. It helps us schedule the preliminary consultation and initiate the therapy and treatment rituals. Upon arrival, you will be given a welcome note and an orientation about the campus.
Patients are requested to carry a Passport Size Photograph, Aadhaar Card/Election ID, Passports as proof of their Identity/Residence. NRI/PIO/Foreigners will have to fill the C Form available at our Office as required by the Immigration Office.
The admission process is intended to ensure you are comfortable and acquainted with the services of the hospital. Our team will ensure that your queries are addressed. Once you have filled out your admission form and other registration details, our Front Office team will guide you through an orientation about AVP Pathanjalipuri. We seek your co-operation in all respects as this will only enhance your experience.There are no admissions on Sundays and public holidays.
Patients: All meals will be served in the rooms. Patients are not allowed to eat outside food. The campus kitchen serves only pure vegetarian food. Jain food is available on special requests.
Attenders can partake food only from the canteen. Please adhere to the canteen timings.
The Hospital has EPABX network connected to all the rooms. On admission, the EPABX in charge enables your extension number and you will be able to make local, STD & ISD calls. Internet Connectivity will be provided at the time of admission.
10 AM to 3 PM
One attender is permitted to stay along with the patient. Normal charges for accommodation and food will apply. The campus does not encourage movement outside the hospital premises after 6 pm. Thank you for your understanding.
During the stay in the hospital the patient may be transferred from one kind of accommodation to another type, at the patient’s request. However, this discretion lies with the Head Physician In Charge. When such transfers take place, appropriate charges will be levied from the date of transfer.
All rooms are strictly double occupancy rooms. A third bed can be accommodated at extra charge in the cottages.
A basic facility stocked with necessities such as toothpaste, tooth brush, washing soap, etc,is available on campus. Please ensure you bring other daily requirements that you may need during the course of your stay.
The housekeeping staff are trained to keep the premises clean. Please co-operate with the hospital staff in keeping premises neat and tidy. Requests for special cleaning may be addressed to the house keeping supervisor.
Damages caused to the hospital by the patients / attenders/ visitors will have to be compensated by the parties. We request your cooperation in keeping our premises safe and secure for everyone.
24 hours security vigilance within the campus.
The hospital will not be responsible for valuables found missing from your custody.
Please avoid bringing valuables and jewels to the hospital.
Please do not entertain strangers during your stay.

After which the charges for the particular day is applicable
i. All bills should be settled by the patient directly by cash/cheque/cards.
ii. We accept credit/debit cards (2% bank tax for International cards is applicable)
iii. Foreign currency exchange facility is available.
iv. Please collect cash receipt against each payment / deposit.
v. At the time of admission, an approximate amount totalling half of your Tentative Actual Cost will have to be paid in advance.
vi. A Weekly Settlement will be then applicable thereon.
vii. All deposits are adjusted against the Final Bill at the time of discharge.
viii. No additional taxes are applicable on the rates.

Please maintain silence / avoid loud conversations as it will affect the quiet and calm that prevails and may disturb other patients.
Smoking and consumption of non vegetarian food/alcoholic drinks/ unauthorised drugs are strictly prohibited inside the hospital premises. Disciplinary action will be initiated against anybody violating these norms.
Apart from the facilities necessary to make it comfortable for you, there are a host of extra amenities that are available upon request.
